Inauguration, October - November 2016
Shriram Foundation has joined hands with Adithya Sagara (AS), Hyderabad to launch the Mobile science lab (MSL) in Krishna district, Vijayawada. The MSL was inaugurated on October 14th, 2016 at Shoghi School, Nunna. The event was covered extensively by local print media.
The aim of the project is to take Science within the reach of children in low-income private rural schools. The MSL will be travelling to 25 such schools in Krishna District, visiting one school per day. The MSL faculty will be running demonstrations and hands-on experiments for the students. The MSL will be making a total of 9 visits per school per annum.
