We at Shriram Foundation, have joined hands with Adithya Sagara (AS), Hyderabad to launch the Mobile science lab. Many of the students in rural schools, do not have access to a Science lab or equipments. The objective of the project is to take science to the doorstep of these students. The Mobile Science Lab (MSL) was inaugurated on October 14th, 2016 at Shoghi School, Krishna District, Vijayawada. Since it’s launch, the MSL has traveled to 25 rural schools in many nooks and corners of Krishna District, igniting the spark of curiosity among hundreds of children. Through demonstrations and hands-on experiments on simple science concepts, the MSL faculty saw enthusiastic participation of children and teachers alike as they journeyed into the world of science. The MSL visits one school per day and will be making a total of 9 visits per school per annum.
