At SF, we strongly believe in teachers’ professional development. Continuous support is provided to the selected schools in the form of teacher training.
Andhra Mahila Sabha is a pioneer organization in Early Childhood Education (ECE). They have been working with various organizations like NCERT, UNICEF and state governments to make ECE interactive and activity-based.
We partnered with AMS with the focus of providing developmentally-appropriate, holistic, joyful learning to pre-primary children. It is a year-long program to provide monthly training sessions to teachers on the field.
An Induction Session was conducted in June 2016. The second training session was conducted on 17th September 2016, at 2 different locations in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh

- At Sri Surya Public School, Kondapalli, the training session was run by Mrs.Kamala from the AMS Team
- At Vasavya Mahila Mandali, Vijayawada, the training was imparted by Mrs Sujatha and Ms.Anitha from the AMS
